I don’t mind you asking, although I think that this question is better suited for my main blog, which deals more specifically with my mental health issues - but it’s no big deal; I’ll answer it here.
I have social anxiety disorder, so my main triggers are social situations. More specific examples would be going to parties, walking around in public, calling on a phone, or eating at a restaurant, to mention a few.
